Wurst Klub started making Wurst/Sausage in 2012. We make all kinds of sausages/wurst from home recipes and/or spice kits. Our normal meeting schedule is on 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 6:30pm, from February to November to make sausages/wurst. Members submit orders to a website via email, and the Chairman/Vorsitzender keeps track of everything. Then all the ingredients and supplies are purchased and taken to the Club kitchen on Wurst Klub night. Members make all the sausage in 1lb packages, and at the end of the night everyone takes home their order. The cost is set once all the supplies are purchased. Experienced and Beginner Sausage/Wurst makers are all welcome. We also love to try recipes or techniques from new Members. Check us out.
