New German Cooking Classes
Starting Wednesday April 22, 2009
This course will focus on fast and easy recipes as well as party and potluck dishes.
The course will cover:
Bratwurst Toast, Sauerkraut Tätschli “Pancakes”, Zwiebelkuchen – Onion Pie, Bratwurst Dumpling Casserole, Chicken Fricassee, Fresh and light Napa Cabbage Salad, Mandarin Orange Cake and Savory Ham Pancake
This course will run from April 22, 2009 to May 13, 2009. Wednesday evenings from 6:30PM to approximately 9:30 PM in the Ratskeller kitchen.
The cost of the class is: $40.00 for the 4-week course - payable to G.A.S. before the start of the first class + $17.00 lab fee - paid to Sabine Strong in class.
